Do you offer customisation?
Customisations are available for bulk orders and select products only. Design charges are additional.
When will my order be shipped?
We take 1–3 days to process and dispatch your order. It usually reaches you within 3–7 business days.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking ID on your phone once your order is shipped.
Do you offer express shipping?
Need it sooner? Write to us at thewhimsyhues@gmail.com for express shipping. Comes with a pinch of salt—aka extra cost.
Can I return my order?
We sincerely hope it doesn’t come to that, but you can email us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate a refund of the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if I receive a defective item?
Send us a photo or video @ thewhimsyhues@gmail.com within 14 days, and we’ll take care of the exchange.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error, email us @ thewhimsyhues@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, we won’t be able to update the address.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, email us at thewhimsyhues@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
Once your order is on its way, it cannot be cancelled.
