Received something not quite right? Send us a photo or video@ thewhimsyhues@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Not happy with your order? We sincerely hope it doesn't come to that but you can email us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate a refund of the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
